The Hamilton Family YMCA offers a wide range of group exercise classes! Whether it’s aerobics/cardiovascular training, strength/resistance training or Yoga and Pilates, there’s something here for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.

Our classes are not only a great way to get in shape, but also a great way to meet new people. If you have any questions about our group exercise classes please give us a call, email or come in and talk to any of our membership associates at the front desk. All classes on this schedule are free for Y members.
