Skills (Sports) Training

Participants meet twice a week with a sports coach to work on sports skills in the desired sport. Training is available for volleyball, basketball, baseball, football, swimming, running, biking and more. Registration is $35 a session. Packages of 10 sessions are $325.

Youth Strength Training

Designed exclusively for youths 12-15, the Youth Strength Training course covers safe training techniques, nutrition, wellness center etiquette as well as tips for a healthy lifestyle. After completing the course, participants receive a certificate that entitles them to use the wellness center without supervision. This three-week course is offered every month. Class size is limited to 10. Register at the courtesy counter. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. Registration is $35.

Plyometrics

Get ready for the sport season by taking part in the Sports Specific Training Program. Increase your vertical, speed, and agility. Group classes are four weeks long and meet twice a week. Registration is $45 for four weeks per individual.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Two-For-One: Grab a workout partner & split the cost of a Personal Training Session. With this offer you’ll have a friend to encourage you, along with a nationally certified trainer to guide you, no matter what your fitness goals may be. Cost is $35 a session, and packages of 10 for $325.

Fitstart

A 4-week program designed for beginners and those who have not exercised in some time. Fit Start offers guidance, motivation and structure to help you start, and stick with, an exercise routine to achieve a more active lifestyle. Program components include: eight appointments with your fitness coach; a fitness plan based on your exercise history, personal goals and aspirations; an appropriate cardiovascular workout and an orientation to equipment; instruction on the proper use of strength-training equipment; written and face-to-face feedback.
