J.A. Henry YMCA Group Fitness

The J.A. Henry YMCA Family Center offers a wide range of group exercise classes! From aerobics and cardiovascular training to strength and resistance training to Kickboxing, Yoga, and Pilates, our classes are made for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced. Our classes are not only a great way to get in shape, but also a great way to meet new people.
