This a free program at the our YMCA facility where children can be involved in supervised activities while parents enjoy their workout.
After School Programs
Available at Cherokee Ridge Elementary, West Side Elementary, and Tiger Creek Elementary. These programs are available at the school site from the dismissal of school until 6:00 p.m. We include spirit, mind and body components into each day through a variety of activities. Our goal is to help mom and dad by completing daily homework requirements (as much as possible) and provide a safe and fun for students to go after school.

Summer Day Camp
This program is available during the summer months while school is not in session, usually May-August depending on the school calendar. The North Georgia Family YMCA camp site is at Rossville Park, which is a great facility for children to be able to participate in outdoor fun. Campers enjoy a variety of weekly activities, including our annual YChallenge program where North Georgia campers participate in friendly competition in games against campers at other local YMCAs. Events include basketball, soccer, talent, swimming, and art. Registration begins in March each year at the YMCA facility.

Holiday Camp
This program is available during week-long breaks from school. Holiday camp is designed to be a smaller version of day camp, where parents can choose to send their children on a day-by-day basis. These days of camp are based out of the YMCA facility, however participants will go on field trips and do some activities in other nearby areas. Transportation will be provided.
