Low Impact Aerobics
Come and join the fellowship! This class focuses on low impact aerobic movement, strength and flexibility. This is a great class for beginners.
Silver Sneakers I
This class is a non-impact class with seated exercises that helps increase flexibility and upper body strength using hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a stability ball.
Silver Sneakers Cardio-Circuit II
This class offers a blend of standing non-impact choreography designed to increase cardiovascular endurance for students who desire and are ready for an advanced Silver Sneaker workout. This is coupled with exercises to increase flexibility and upper body strength using hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball.
Studio Cycle
These classes are conducted like an aerobics class. There are several routines, each of which last for one hour. So if you want to be challenged and pushed to new levels, then this class is your answer. Your instructor will keep it lively and interesting throughout every routine.
Core Training
Core training is essential to body performance and injury prevention. The body’s core muscles are the foundation for all other movement. The muscles of the torso stabilize the spine and provide a solid foundation for movement in the extremities. Training the muscles of the core also corrects postural imbalances that can lead to injuries. The biggest benefit of core training is to develop functional fitness-that is, fitness that is essential to both daily living and regular activities.
Cyclates
A combination class of cycle for cardio and pilates for strength and flexibility with emphasis on proper breathing techniques.
High Energy
A high energy workout combining step and conditioning movements.
Kid Fit
A workout for 5-11 year olds that works on coordination, cardio and strength along with instruction on nutrition and fitness.
Muscle Conditioning
This 30 minute workout will concentrate on the upper body using resistance and strength moves.
H.A.B.I.T.
Hips, Abs, Buns & Incredible Thighs. Hand weights, bands, stability balls and other equipment help you strengthen and tone major muscles, increase metabolism and improve flexibility.
Total Body Conditioning
This class uses strength moves, weights, bands and balls for a total body conditioning class that will raise your metabolism, improve strength and sculpt all muscle groups.
Circuit
A workout that alternates cardiovascular exercises with strength and weight work. This keeps the body in a “steady state”. This is a great fat burner!
