Refund Policy

This policy applies to program classes:

  • If the YMCA cancels a class/program, a full refund will be issued to the program participant, mailed to their home address
  • If a program participant wishes to withdraw from a class prior to the first class, he/she will be issued a program credit or refund minus a $5 processing fee and other costs associated with program start-up (player uniform, individualized equipment, etc. that was purchased by the YMCA in advance for your participation)
  • Anyone wishing to withdraw from the class after one class has been held will be issued a program credit for the pro-rated amount of the balance minus a $5 processing fee
  • If a program participant wishes to withdraw from a class anytime after it has begun he or she will be issued a program credit for the pro-rated amount of the balance remaining, minus a $5 processing fee

Credits may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
