Poolattes

A unique and fun aquatics workout that combines the benefit of Pilates with the resistance of water, delivering a low-impact, full-body exercise that increase core strength, improves flexibility, and enhances balance and stability.

Deep Water  Dive into a challenging and exhilarating workout with our Deep Water class, where you'll experience the freedom of suspension in water as you engage in resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, and full-body movements that will enhance strength, endurance, and overall fitness. North River
Hydro Class Through a combination of fluid exercises and stretches in the pool, you'll improve flexibility, joint mobility, and muscle tone while enjoying the refreshing ambiance of the water. North River
Water Walking A low-impact activity that improves cardiovascular health and tones muscles as you walk in the refreshing water. With the added resistance of water, this class provides an effective yet gentle workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. Downtown
