We understand the cancellation of YMCA Group Exercise Classes and other programming is unexpected and unfortunate. We know, however, that it is the right decision under these circumstances because the health and well-being of you, our members, families and staff comes first, always. 

It's extremely important now more than ever to live our YMCA mission in serving and strengthening our communities. While we can't serve you to our fullest capacity in person, YOU can become a part of a new virtual community. Top quality classes, top instructors and the Y community is available to you for FREE during this virus season.

  • Les Mills On Demand - Nearly 100 classes of varying duration, formats and intensity levels.  See class examples at right. Note: After clicking the link, do not 'subscribe.' Simply scroll down and sort by format type (select "Click here for more").
     
    • Note: due to the nature of Les Mills BODY PUMP (requiring a barbell) and Les Mills RPM (requiring stationary bike), those 2 formats are not included in the in-home workouts.
