BODIES IN MOTION

Bodies in Motion is a group exercise class designed for people ages 18 or older with physical and cognitive disabilities. This class will be held in Studio A on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:00 PM.

We have two passionate and experienced instructors who lead these sessions. The class includes a small group fitness setting and activities such as strength training, cardio workouts and dance fitness.

Caretakers should attend as needed for any class participants.

Free to members. Registration at least 24 hours in advance is required.
