The J.A. Henry Community YMCA's Teaching Kitchen is serving up something sweet! From plant-based protein courses to Southern soul food with a healthy twist, our cooking classes offer something for everyone.

Join interactive, hands-on sessions led by food and nutrition experts. You’ll learn practical tips, master creative cooking techniques, and discover delicious, wholesome recipes to enjoy at home. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to cook, connect, and savor nutritious meals!

Cooking classes at the J. A. Henry Teaching Kitchen will all be $30 for members and $45 for non-members unless specified otherwise. (Scholarships are available for up to 100% of the class fee. Use the Contact Us info at the bottom of this page to request a scholarship).
