OVERVIEW

How often should I measure?

The most successful clients scan once per month on average. From there, you can discuss your results with a Personal Trainer and enhance the process even further!

How long does the process take and what should I wear?

The scan is less than 30 seconds, and the results are available immediately. Wear athletic attire and you only need to take off your shoes and socks.

How does it work?

  • A personal trainer will guide you through each step.

  • First, you will take your shoes and socks off and step on the illuminated footprints.

  • Next, stand tall, hands at your side and look straight ahead.

  • Once height and weight are done, Y staff will walk you through the rest. 

  • Move feet to illuminated footprints and grip handles with the divider between the middle and ring fingers. 

  • Once all 4 lights turn green, the test will start. 

  • Once the test is done, Y staff will click the check mark. 

  • Next, you will enter your DOB and press submit. 

  • You will stay on the unit until the data has been submitted. 

  • Lastly, our staff will walk you through the results.
