Now 5 Days a Week!
We’ve got some exciting news for our early risers!
Starting Tuesday, April 29, our 5 am CrossFit class at the Downtown Y is expanding to Monday through Friday! We’re adding Tuesdays and Thursdays to the schedule to help you meet your goals all week long.
Whether you're training for something big or just love starting your day with a sweat, this class is for you. Our expert coaches, high-energy workouts, and supportive community will help you push your limits and own your mornings.
So set that alarm, grab your gym crew, and meet us down in the PIT — we’ll be waiting with burpees, barbells, and all the motivation you need.
