Our Yoga classes are mind and body focused with an emphasis on breathing, flowing movements releasing tension. The goal of Yoga is to create perfect synchronicity between mind and body to strengthen both simultaneously. Yoga involves stretching into a series of poses in tune with your breathing cycle. There are many variations of yoga, so no matter your age and fitness level, you're sure to find a style that suits you.
Yoga at the Y
