
ONE CHALLENGE. ONE MISSION.
Join us at the YMCA for the Murph Challenge, a workout honoring Navy Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all fallen service members. This intense routine includes a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats and another 1-mile run, with an optional weight vest.
Event Dates:
- Saturday, May 24: 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m.
- Monday, May 26: 7 a.m., 4:30 p.m.
Training Sessions:
- Every Monday and Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. with Kalissa
Registration:
- Free for Y members and military personnel
- $10 for non-members

Modifications Available:
- 1-mile bike ride
- Inverted rows
- Inclined push-ups
Participant Guidelines:
- Ages 10 and up
- Participants aged 10-14 must have a parent present
