Pool Tabata (HIIT) – Tuesdays at 6 am
Jump-start your morning with this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, developed by Japanese physiologist Izumi Tabata. Designed to maximize results in minimal time, Pool Tabata builds strength, improves cardiovascular health, and protects your joints with low-impact water resistance. Expect short bursts of effort followed by recovery, giving you an effective, time-efficient workout.
Stretch & Relaxation – Thursdays at 6 am
Unwind, stretch, and find your calm in the soothing embrace of the water. This guided class blends stretching, yoga, and mindful movement, creating space for physical and mental relaxation. Whether you're looking to start your day with peace or connect with like-minded individuals, this class offers the perfect balance of wellness and reflection.
