Balance & StretchThis mindful movement class will focus on enhancing your flexibility and stability through a combination of targeted stretches and balance exercises, designed to improve your overall body awareness and coordination while promoting relaxation and stress reduction. Suitable for all fitness levels. Downtown
BarreA combination of ballet, Yoga and Pilates. The barre is utilized for exercises focusing on isometric strength training, reps, and small range of motion movements. May vary by location and/or include the use of light weights or mat.Downtown, Hamilton, Cleveland
Barre FusionThis dynamic class is a combination of barre, strength training, and flow. The workout is set to upbeat music and includes free weights, barre, optional cardio, resistance bands, balls and finishing with a well-deserved calming stretch sequence.Downtown
Bodies in MotionSpecifically designed for individuals with diverse disabilities. Small group fitness program includes strength training, cardio and dance fitness. Caretakers should attend as needed for any individual needs of participants. Registration required. Register here.Downtown
Body BalanceA class for anyone from beginners to advanced to work on flexibility, stretching, and core strength. It's a class that  combines Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi. You will leave the class feeling calm and centered.Cleveland
Chair YogaChair yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Faith-Based YogaA Yoga class taught from a faith-based perspective that includes prayer, scripture, and worship music. It includes the essential elements of yoga including breath work, meditation, and physical postures.Cleveland

Low ImpactJoin the fun and fellowship. This class focuses on low-impact aerobics, strength training and balance training. Low Impact is great for beginners or those returning to exercise.

Overflow YogaThis Yoga class is a combination of core, strength, flow, and primary series yoga. It is meant for all skilled levels and can be adjusted up or down in intensity to meet all the levels for each individual.  All is needed is a mat and comfortable fitting yoga clothing.Cleveland
PilatesThis unique class is designed to improve flexibility and strength in a non-impact, balanced system of body/mind control. Core strengthening and conditioning are also an integral part of this class.Downtown, North River
Power YogaAn energetic form of yoga focused on building strength and endurance.

Restorative YogaRestorative yoga encourages deep relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, with a focus on stillnessand restoring natural alignment. Meditation and breathing exercises are part of the practice to enhance deep relaxation.Downtown
Science of Stretching** NEW!** This yoga class is focused on deep stretching. This class is mat-based focused on targeted mobility training method to help students with stiff backs, locked up hips and tight hamstrings.North River
Slow Flow YogaThis slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calmDowntown, North River
Spin & StretchParticipants in class will ride for 45 minutes and enjoy 15 minutes of a guided stretch recovery. The ride will focus on a variety of interval-based training to maximize metabolic effort and finish with a lower-body focused stretching session. All levels welcomeHamilton
Tai Chi A slow-moving, non-contact form of martial arts. Improves balance, quality of sleep and mental focus. Strengthens legs and corrects posture, increases bone density and flexibility.

Virtual CoreLES MILLS CORE - A scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.Downtown
Yin/Yang Yoga StretchYin/Yang Yoga is a strength building, balanced, slow power flow (Yang) practice with longer, passively held (Yin) poses infused to work in the deep, dense connective tissue and joints. Yin/Yang Yoga builds strength, stamina, flexibility and joint mobility. Beginners are welcome and students are encouraged to modify poses to create the experience they need.Downtown
