Aqua BootcampA high intensity class including strength training and cardio activities in shallow water, deep water and on land. Float belts are used during class to increase the effectiveness of exercise while keeping your head and shoulders above water.North River
Aqua CombatAqua combat is a high energy class where aquatic resistance meets the intensity of kickboxing and mixed martial arts. Enhance your strength, endurance, and coordination with this amped up workout.North River
Aqua MotionA low impact, full body workout which uses a combination of exercises to increase flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance. North River
Aqua ZumbaThe water version of this Latin-inspired dance class. Aqua Zumba® is a safe, effective, and challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness. Don’t be fooled,this is not your normal aqua class. The moves are intense. Remember, you will be moving your bodies for 45 to 60 minutes against the resistance of water. The movements are challenging and you can really feel the muscles working against the resistance. Latin dance rhythms that are incorporated into the class. Hydro HIITHigh Intensity Interval Training, in the deep end of the pool, provides amazing benefits, including more calories burned in a shorter amount of time, greater fat loss, a boosted metabolic rate long after exercising, and no impact on joints.  This 45 minute session can provide as much of a workout you want!Cleveland

Range of MotionThis class provides individuals with arthritis a recreational group exercise program in a safe environment.  The class is appropriate for those who have less cardiorespiratory endurance, have mild to severe joint limitations, or are in rehabilitation after injuries.  Benefits include decreased joint pain and stiffness by improving joint flexibility, muscle strength, balance, and coordination.  Water shoes are recommended, but not required.  No swimming skills are required.Cleveland
