Every afternoon, Y-CAP program participants gather around the table for a hot, nutritious meal.

Lessons the Dinner Table Teaches:
For these kids, it's a valuable time to gather with peers and role models to engage in healthy eating, practice good table manners and relationship-building in a family atmosphere all its own. For some, it's the only food they'll have until the school-provided breakfast the next morning.

Volunteer Opportunities:
The Y-CAP dinner is supported by individuals in the community who donate and prepare healthy meals. Volunteers are welcome.
